Innovative Percussion is excited to announce the newest additions to our line of combo models with the introduction our 5A, 5B, and 2B models. These models feature a medium taper with an acorn tip and will provide the cornerstone for future combo models.

Bob Breithaupt, Professor of Music at Capital University and Executive Director of the Jazz Arts Group, has assisted Innovative Percussion in developing the second addition to our Combo Drumstick Series. This model is available in maple and features a teardrop bead for full drum and cymbal sounds.

This stick features the same profile as our existing BB-1 model but is constructed in white hickory for increased durability in heavier playing situations.

The IP-HB is constructed of white hickory with a thickness sized in between a 5A and 5B. The HYBRID features a small round bead for clarity and articulation on drums and cymbals, and is perfect for fusion or electric jazz.

Innovative Percussion is proud to introduce two new models of drumset sticks – the IP-7A and
IP-RK ROCK STICK. The IP-7A features a similar profile to our other standard models (IP-5A,
IP-5B) but with a smaller diameter of .535”.
