DAVID FRIEDMAN SERIES VIBRAPHONE AND MARIMBA MALLETS
The David Friedman Series vibraphone and marimba mallets were designed for internationally acclaimed
percussionist, composer, and educator, David Friedman. The marimba mallets are cord-wrapped, while
the vibraphone models are wrapped with a synthetic yarn, and all models are built on rattan handles. The
DF20 SOFT MARIMBA is a heavier weight mallet that draws a beautiful fundamental tone from the
instrument, ideal for accompanying and soloing in the lower and middle registers. The DF25 MARIMBA
is a versatile mallet that possesses a wide palette of colors, speaking fully in all registers. It is perfect in an
ensemble setting. The DF30 VIBRAPHONE mallet creates a full deep tone, yet is able to speak through
an ensemble without being too percussive and is great for all instrumental settings. Finally, the DF30L
LIGHT VIBRAPHONE mallet is ideal for players who prefer a lighter weight mallet that still creates a
full sound. It is perfect for solo playing, yet can create rich tonality needed for a soft ballad.

SHE-E WU SERIES - CONCERTO MODELS
The WU5C and WU6C Concerto models are additions to the She-e Wu Series marimba mallets. These
two models are constructed much like the existing WU5 and WU6, but are tightly wrapped with cord.
This helps produce a bright, staccato timbre that speaks very quickly and will help cut through a large
ensemble.

CHRISTOPHER LAMB SERIES ORCHESTRAL BEATERS
Introducing the Christopher Lamb Series of Orchestral Beaters. The first two models in this series are the
CL-C1 and CL-C2 orchestral chime beaters. Both models are constructed with a nylon head fixed on a
tapered hickory handle and include a soft leather cover on one side.

FUNDAMENTAL CONCERT BASS DRUM MALLET
The F13 Fundamental Concert Bass Drum Mallet is designed with the beginning percussionist and budget
conscious band director in mind. This model features a tapered hickory handle and an elongated, softfleece
covered head. The smaller handle design is good for beginner & middle school players.

ORCHESTRAL SERIES - NEW MODELS
The OS8 and OS9 Xylophone/Glockenspiel mallets are both constructed of linen phenolic cores, a hybrid
material which produces a full sound with minimum "tick" or "chiff", and an extremely bright tone. The
OS8 head is 1 1/8" in diameter, and the OS9 is 1" in diameter. Both models are built on rattan handles.

IP-3A(N) White Hickory -
The IP-3A(N) is between a 5A and a 5B, and features a medium taper and
acorn bead. This very versatile stick is appropriate in a wide variety of genres and playing situations, and
is available with either an acorn style tip or nylon bead.
